Facade plaster, its types and characteristics

Such plaster, in combination with a warming layer of foam, reliably protects the building from cold. When using basalt wool as a heater, acrylic plaster is usually not used - it does not have sufficient vapor permeability. It is irrational to use acrylic finish on the walls of houses that are located near dusty roads - the finish will quickly lose its attractive appearance.

The best way to finish the walls is plasterfacade silicate. It is elastic, vapor-permeable, has a pronounced antistatic effect. The duration of its operation is 20-25 years. Among the shortcomings can be noted its high cost.

The most modern finishing materialis a facade silicone facade. It has excellent characteristics that do not cause doubts in the problem-free operation over a long period. At the same time, silicone finish does not tend to change its attractive appearance for many years.
