"Mushroom meadow" salad: cooking technology

Holidays for the hostess - this is not so much an excuse fordemonstrating their culinary talents, as an opportunity to supplement their arsenal with new mouth-watering dishes. According to the Russian tradition, tables must burst with beautiful, satisfying and special dishes. Make it memorable with the help of a variety of unique salads.

We offer a recipe for an extraordinary and very delicious dish - a salad "Mushroom Glade", which will look spectacular, and also will please the guests with their original taste.

To prepare it you will need:

  • half a liter of marinated whole mushrooms of the same size;
  • three large boiled potato tubers;
  • two medium boiled carrots;
  • three hundred grams of boiled chicken;
  • three boiled eggs;
  • several pickled cucumbers;
  • mayonnaise;
  • feathers of green onions;
  • one hundred gram of salad leaves;
  • fifty grams of parsley and dill.

The highlight of the dish is the appearance and spectacularinnings. Therefore, the salad "Mushroom Glade" is better to cook in a deep bowl, which has a wide bottom and high sides. She should be lined with food film or carefully and accurately spread butter.

Next, we begin to lay out on the bottom very tightly,next to each other, marinated mushrooms cap down. It is recommended to buy a small can of canned champignons. Suitable are hard honey or mushrooms, and mushrooms must necessarily have a bonnet and a leg.

Further, we grind the washed and parsley washed anddill, mix them thoroughly. We start carefully and densely fill the mixture with mushrooms. It is necessary to ensure that the greens cover them completely. The legs should not stick out. It is recommended to make the layer necessarily dense. The dish should be left overnight in the refrigerator to soak it. If there is no such possibility, then it will be enough to hold it for three to four hours at room temperature.
