Canapes with red fish in the form of snowflakes

They are done quite quickly. The basis will be ordinary white bread, the shape of which should be made using confectionery molds. We need:

  • bread or loaf for toast;
  • red fish - 125 g;
  • cottage cheese - 120 g;
  • smoked cheese - 60 g;
  • garlic - 1 piece;
  • mayonnaise.

First, cut the loaf with chunks, thenwhich using a mold to cut snowflakes or stars. Depending on what kind of form you have, but you can take any other. Now you need to prepare the filling. To do this, take the cottage cheese and grind it with grated cheese, chopped garlic and finely chopped fish. The filling is well mixed, add a little pepper and mayonnaise. Then you need to take a piece of bread and lay on it stuffing evenly over the entire surface, then cover the top with the other half of bread and so each piece. On the surface of the canapé you should make a beautiful pattern in the form of a snowflake or an asterisk with the help of a thin trickle of mayonnaise. After that, cool and serve on the table. Products for cooking:

  • French baguette - 1 piece;
  • red fish (light-salted) - 160 g;
  • olives - half a pot;
  • trovog - 110 g;
  • egg;
  • butter;
  • greens of tarragon;
  • lemon;
  • salt, white pepper powder.

To prepare these canapes, you can use pink salmon, salmon, trout and other fish.

First you need to cut the baguette into pieces, thenput on a baking tray and dry for 4 minutes at 175 degrees. Then a little cool and grease with butter.   • ham - 130 g;
  • onion - 60 g;

  • loaf - 370 g.

This snack is best cooked, takingthe basis of croutons. First you should cut the loaf in thin slices, then fry in butter on both sides. Boil eggs, chill and cut into slices. For cooking you will need:

  • butter;
  • lettuce leaves.
