Salad with squid

Squids are common in the Atlantic Ocean andin the seas of the Far East. The Atlantic squid and Pacific squid are of industrial importance. Excellent is obtained, for example, lean salad withsquid and apples, for which you need to take: a couple of carrots, 2-3 average potatoes, a couple of pickled apples, 500 g of peeled squid, 4 tablespoons of green peas, 100 g of lean mayonnaise, salt to taste. Boil the carrots, potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Squid clean, rinse thoroughly, in salted water boil and finely chop. Apples (they can be replaced with pickled pears) are also finely chopped. Combine all the ingredients, season with lean mayonnaise, if necessary, salt to taste.

To the most common, "folk" saladsrefers, of course, vinaigrette. And what if you cook this lean salad with squid? A set of products needed in a simple salad with squid: one beet and carrot, a pair of potatoes, a bunch of onion green, one onion, one pickled cucumber, three quarters of a glass of sauerkraut, 400 grams of squid; to taste add sugar, salt, and pepper. For filling, mix 3 tablespoons lean oil, 40 g vinegar, add pepper, salt and sugar to taste. Boil potatoes, beets and carrots in a peel, cool, clean and cut into small cubes. Stems of green onion finely chopped, and onions - half rings. Quench the cabbage so that there is no brine left. Squid clear of the film, wash, boil five minutes in salted water and finely chop. All the ingredients are combined, pour the prepared dressing (can be replaced with lean mayonnaise), gently mix and put in a large dish, adorned with greens.

Juicy, light salad with squid (though notlean) is obtained from the following components: 700 g of squid, a pair of pieces of apples, one egg, mayonnaise - 100 g and a couple of spoons of green peas. Squid must be cleaned, rinsed thoroughly, boil for five minutes and finely chopped. With the apples cut the peel, remove the core and cut into thin plates, chop the eggs, add the green peas canned and season the salad with mayonnaise. Ready salad to shift into a large dish and decorate.

And such a lean salad with squid, fish andvegetables are not ashamed and submit to the festive table. Squid need to be cleaned, washed, boiled for five minutes and cut into strips. Fish fillet boil and cut into small pieces. Boiled potatoes thin slices cut, as well as fresh cucumbers and tomatoes. Add canned green peas, salt, lean mayonnaise and mix everything.
