"Anthill" - a cake, the taste of which is familiar to everyone,probably, from childhood. We were all prepared by his grandmothers and mothers. The appearance of this cake justifies its name completely - it is very similar to a real ant house. How to cook an "Anthill"? The recipe is quite simple, there are several variations of cooking. The principle remains unchanged - slices of sand dough are stacked by a slide and watered with cream. You can replace the short pastry with a regular pastry, then generally the preparation does not require special skills, and even children can make a cake. Now we will talk about how to bake the "Anthill".

To prepare the dough for an "Anthill with condensed milk" cake, you will need:

- white flour - three and a half glasses;

- sugar - half a cup;

- sour cream shop - two hundred grams;

- butter - one packet;

- salt.

For cream:

- boiled condensed milk - one pot;

- Butter - one packet.

We will need:
