  • Japanese radish (100 g);
  • rice vinegar (100 ml);
  • water (3 large spoons);
  • sugar (1 large spoon), pinch of saffron and salt (1 small spoon).

Vegetables should be cleaned and chopped into thin blocks. Put in a prepared container (jar). In vinegar dissolve sugar and salt. Put saffron separately in hot water. Add the prepared vinegar to this liquid. Pour marinade daikon and close tightly with lids. Let it brew in a warm place for a week, then it is better to store it at a temperature below zero. This treat can be consumed on its own, and also used in the preparation of other dishes.
