For this recipe, you will need the followingIngredients: eggs (2 pieces), kefir (0.35 l), sugar and salt (to taste), flour (6 glasses), fresh yeast (50 g), butter (0.1 kg). Mix kefir with sugar, then dissolve yeast in it. Then add salt, egg yolk and one egg, lightly whisk. Put the softened butter in the dough and whisk. Gradually add flour. Leave the dough for a while to make it stand up. Periodically (2-3 times) it must be crushed and left again in the warmth.
