Its active component - metamizol sodium -has a strong analgesic, antispasmodic and antipyretic effect. Analgin is still used for headache, dental, menstrual pain, with intestinal and renal colic, neuralgia, pain during trauma and after surgery, osteochondrosis, high temperature.

But from its regular application it is necessary to refuse. Analgin can be used only as an emergency aid. Do not take the drug for more than three days, and its daily dose should not be more than three tablets. Taking analgin, contraindications and side effects should always be considered.
