According to specialists, this lawsignificantly changed and even modified the system of enforcement proceedings on the territory of our country. Until the mid-90's, all duties were assigned to police officers. However, police officers did not always "perfectly" cope with the additional obligations imposed on them. Consequently, experts could not always boast of decent results in the work.

According to the decree of Dmitry Medvedev, for example, inour country was finally established a holiday of all professional workers in this field, namely the Day of the bailiff. Today, such a significant holiday is celebrated every year on November 1.

Let's remind that earlier the Day of the court bailiff was celebrated on November 6. This date was connected, more likely, with the anniversary of the revival of the service itself, rather than with the time of its foundation.
