Assembly

Subsequently, the carcass is treated with a special anti-corrosion primer. Using a screwdriver, the corrugated board is fixed. It is possible to use a roofing material, soft roofing tile or slate to cover the roof, which can have a single-deck or double-gable design with a ventilation system to ensure moisture removal.

Warming and anti-corrosion protection

Metal shed of corrugated board does not haveheat-saving characteristics, therefore requires mandatory insulation. External insulation of the roof and walls allows maintaining the required level of temperatures. For the surface of the walls, preliminary cleaning is necessary before installation of heat-insulating materials, which are additionally fixed by a grid. Thermal insulation of the roof has a slightly different algorithm, consisting in fixing the base, vapor barrier, the subsequent installation of a waterproofing and drainage layer (the latter is required for objects with a single-roof type of roof).

To protect against corrosion, standardtechniques, consisting in application of special compounds, priming and staining. Formation of waterproofing will increase the life of the building and improve external characteristics.
