Garlic toasts from black bread. For their preparation you will need a loaf of bread, butter and a few juicy slices of garlic. In the same way as in the first recipe, all crusts are cut from the loaf, and the crumb is cut with large rectangles (approximately 2 * 5 cm). A piece of butter weighing 50-70 grams is melted in a frying pan, and then bread is fried in it. When the croutons cool down a bit, each brusochek is rubbed lightly with garlic cloves on all sides, after which the delicacy is served to the table.

To prepare them you need a loaf of white bread, a pinch of salt, 100 grams of cream, hard cheese, butter and egg. First in a separate bowl, beat the egg with salt and cream. Then in this mixture dunk a slice of a loaf (from two parties) and send it on a frying pan in which a slice of a butter has already melted. Each of them is fried on both sides, so that he gets an appetizing golden color, and then, until he is cold, sprinkle with finely grated cheese. The dish is served hot.

Very delicious are croutons with sprats. Many housewives prepare them only on special holidays, and after all they can be done in just a quarter of an hour. Such a delicious snack can pamper your family even on a normal, weekday.

For their preparation, two salinea medium-sized cucumber, a sprat can, butter and a sliced ​​loaf. First you need to lightly fry pieces of the loaf on butter, literally a couple of minutes each side on medium heat. Then, on each side, a thin layer of butter is applied. On top put 2-3 thin, almost transparent slices of pickled cucumber and 1-2 fish. Decorate each toast with a sprig of dill.

Not less tasty are the croutons with sprats andcheese. For their preparation, you need a piece of hard cheese (about 100 gr.), A can of sprat, mayonnaise, garlic, a loaf and greens for decoration. Slices of the loaf are dried in a toaster or oven. Everyone rubs a slice of garlic on one side. Cheese is rubbed, mixed with mayonnaise and spread with a spoon on toast, evenly distributed throughout the surface. On top put a fish and decorate with a twig of green.
