In the process of making rabbit I divide intoportioned pieces, add salt, spices in mayonnaise, mix everything thoroughly and smear pieces of meat with this sauce. I pre-fry the rabbit first, and then the carcass in the frying pan for twenty minutes. During this time I cut potatoes with round-shaped flakes, I smear in the same sauce. I cut apples into four parts and sprinkle with sugar.

On a greased tray I spread layers of potatoes,on top of the pieces of semi-finished rabbit, then a layer of potatoes and apples. I put in the oven for forty minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees on the middle shelf. Five minutes before cooking, sprinkle the top with grated cheese. Sugar with apples and cheese gives the dish a unique taste. This combination should just try, I think that you will definitely like it. Together with the cakes we buy on the tiles of black and white chocolate, which is melted in a water bath.
