Pancake cake with salmon and other delicious recipes

Salmon, without a doubt - one of the mosttasty fish species, which also has a mass of useful properties. Salmon meat gives the body twice as many calories as regular white fish, it is easily digested and "supplies" us with protein and phosphorus, calcium and iodine, sodium and magnesium, and other useful substances. Regular consumption of this product helps prevent a lot of diseases and even improve your mood. Let's see what can be cooked from salmon.

Pancake cake with salmon (recipe number 1)

First, let's try to cook thistasty and unusual dish, like pancake cake with salmon. Fry pieces of 8 pancakes of the same size according to the most common recipe (try only not to abuse sugar). A piece of fish (its size depends on the size of pancakes) cut into thin slices, and chop the lettuce finely. Put 1 pancake on the dish, anoint it with cheese like "Viola", on top of the fish and sprinkle with salad. Then put another pancake and repeat the procedure. Thus, you will get a cake that needs to be given a couple of hours to brew, and then you can eat.

Pancake cake with salmon (recipe No. 2)

If you liked pancake cake with salmon, then youyou can slightly diversify this recipe. For this cake you will need 10 pancakes and 300 g salmon (preferably slightly salted). As in the previous recipe, we put the finely chopped pieces of fish into a pancake and then pour the cream sauce. When all the pancakes are folded, we cover the side shell with cream, and decorate with pieces of fish and greens on top.

The sauce is prepared as follows: half a kilo of thick sour cream is mixed with 300 g of cream cheese and 1 bunch of finely chopped dill.

Cake with salmon

The recipe for this nutritious and delicious dish is not sojust, however, it is worth trying, and you will get a very tasty lunch. First we prepare the filling. To do this, 700 g of salmon fillet salt and pour boiling water, then put on the fire and bring to a boil. Cool the fish and hands to disassemble it into large pieces, removing all the bones. Pay attention: fish do not need to cook, but just barely boiling, immediately remove from heat. 4 eggs finely chopped, 0.5 cups of rice boil (do not forget to salt water, otherwise it will be tasteless) and necessarily washed in cold water. A bunch of dill finely shred. Mix all this, add a little sour cream (1 spoon) and fish and, of course, salt and pepper.

We take the dough ready - 2 packs. One part is rolled out and put on the bottom of the mold, and so that it was slightly more than a shape. Sprinkle it with a small amount of starch and put the stuffing. The second part of the test is also rolled out and put on top. The edges of the lower and upper layers of the test should be pinched. We pour the pie over the egg yolk to make it ruddy and beautiful, and bake in the oven.

The recipe of rolls with salmon

This is a recipe for those who love hot rolls. First, cook 200 grams of rice. To make it unsuccessful, take only 250 ml of water, boil and cook on a very slow fire for 15 minutes, and then let it brew in a closed form for another 15 minutes. Mix 7 tsp. sugar with 1 large spoonful of rice (you can substitute for white wine) vinegar and 2 spoons of sea salt. Wait until the sugar has dissolved, and fill with this mixture of Fig. Try not to stir it, so as not to lose shape. Half a sheet of seaweed nori put on the table with a smooth part down. With an even layer lay the rice on it (the thickness of the layer is no more than 1 cm), leaving one edge empty for a width of 1.5 cm. Top with a little cheese "Almette" (or another curd cheese), and in the height of the sheet, put thin pieces of cucumber and bacon (or cabonade). Then fold the sheet as you fold the normal roll, and you will get a roll. If you really like salmon, then you can wrap it on top of a seaweed sheet with thin layers of smoked fish.

Cut the roll into 8 pieces and put it in a bowl designed for baking. Each roll sprinkle with grated cheese (hard) and cook on the grill (microwave) for 7 minutes.
