For the first time, chocolate appeared in the East. This is the later secret of its production spread throughout the world. The beginning of the way

3) The company of the Frenchman Adolf Siu. Now they know him as a factory "Bolshevik".

4) The factory of the German Ferdinand von Einem, which since 1922 bears the proud name of "Red October".

A little later, already in the 20th century, there appeared well-known enterprises in the times of the Union:

1) "Udarnitsa", created in Moscow in 1929.

2) Factory "Russia" from Samara, which used to be called Kuibyshevskaya. Built in 1970, it eventually became one of the largest in Europe. True, now the plant belongs to the company "Nestle".

Each of these enterprises to this day is recognizable and loved by many Russians.

5) The remaining 34 percent fall to the share of smaller producers.

However, in recent years, the country's chocolate production has increasingly felt a tendency towards consolidating itself with the unification of small industries into powerful concerns.
