Juicy pork with pineapple and cheese

• Open a can of canned pineapple and pour the meat with pineapple juice from the jar. Leave in the refrigerator to allow the meat to melt, for about 2 hours.

• Drain the juice and lay the meat on the baking tray, having previously greased it with vegetable oil.

• For each piece of meat, put a can of canned pineapple.

• Grate the cheese on a grater (200-300 gr) and pour the cheese chips over the pineapples.

• Put a baking sheet in a hot oven and bake for about 40 minutes. A wonderful scent and a golden crust of melted cheese will let you know that pork with pineapple and cheese is ready.

Serve meat directly to the table while it is hot.

Pork with pineapple and cheese can be cooked and in a slightly different way.

You can not pickle meat in pineapple juice, but lightlyfry on both sides with hot oil. After that, put pieces of pork into a roasting dish and put pineapple rings and cheese on top. Keep in the oven for only 20 minutes.

Finished portioned pieces to decorate with olive or cherry tomatoes, placing in the groove of the pineapple ring. A leaf of green parsley will complete the design.

Now you can use pork with tomatoes andcheese. You already know the technology of meat processing - try adding tomato and mayonnaise to the recipe. For the meat, apply mayonnaise, then put a circle of tomato and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Pork with pineapple and cheese can be prepared and in the marching version. If you do not have an oven, or a microwave oven, you can still do it in a frying pan under the lid.

But here there are some nuances: Meat should be pre-fried in vegetable oil almost to the full. Then, in a frying pan, put pineapple rings (or tomatoes) on meat and sprinkle with cheese. On a slow fire under the lid, continue to cook the pork until the cheese melts.
