Once the meat is cooked, remove it from the broth and cool it. Empty the liquid. Immediately add gelatin to it. Put again on the fire, bring to a boil and immediately turn it off. It is not necessary to boil. Gently slice the boiled carrots and eggs. Cut the meat into smooth serving portions across the fibers. In the form for pouring lay meat, greens, olives, eggs. Lay out the ingredients beautifully. Fill with broth and refrigerate.
