Yes, and the cold weather on the street whispers: "But do not boil you, my friend, mushroom soup, with potatoes, with croup or macaroons, hot and fragrant?" And most often you answer yourself: "Of course, cook!"

King of all mushrooms, boletus, fortunately, is sold insupermarkets in dried form. So do not believe the collectors - go to the store.
