Cooking quickly and simply: a dough on beer

Beer, despite the fact that it is alcoholicproduct, contains a large number of useful substances, and its use in cooking can give an amazing result. This drink is added when frying and putting out meat, fish, vegetables, but especially successful it can be a dough on beer. In this way, the dough does not need to add eggs, but it can be used to make bagels, cookies, pies, chebureks and much more.

Dough on beer can be prepared as follows. It will require packing (200 grams) of butter, 400 grams of flour and a glass of beer. Half the flour must be poured into a bowl, add grated oil (before it is desirable to hold it in the freezer) and pour the remaining flour. The resulting mass is gently stirred, adding a little beer. The finished dough should not stick to your hands, if this happens, then it is worth adding flour. To make cookies, the dough should be rolled out in a thin layer, cut out various figures, sprinkled them with confectionery poppy (sugar powder or something else, to taste) and bake in the oven over medium heat.

In the same way, you can prepare a dough forpizza on beer. A large selection of fillings for this dish will allow you to vary the menu. Thanks to the addition of a foamy drink, the dough becomes more tender, and tastes like a flaky one. It can be stored in the refrigerator, and when you arrive unexpected guests get it, add stuffing (almost everything can be used for pizza: sausages, mushrooms, chicken, cheese and much more), and a delicious dish is ready in 20 minutes.

If we talk about dough for chebureks on beer, thenit should be noted that it must be steep, so that the juice, which during the frying process will be released from the filling, does not flow out. To make this test, you need to take half a bottle of light beer, a pinch of soda, salt, two glasses of flour. Beer should be slightly heated, enter into it all other ingredients and a little butter. If the flour is not enough, you need to add. The result should be an elastic dough. Covering with a towel or napkin, it is necessary to allow the test to settle for about forty minutes, after which it is possible to start modeling. The stuffing for chebureks is usually beef or pork minced, slightly diluted with milk (to the consistency of sour cream). However, you can use for this purpose stewed cabbage or potatoes with mushrooms, especially for fans of lean dishes. The chebureks of a semicircular shape, similar to large mantles, are molded. It is important to tighten the edges tightly, it is better to make it a special device, then they will turn out juicy.

For pies, the dough can be made in the same way, while adding a little less flour so that it is softer and lush.

Brewed dough on beer can be used forcooking cakes and pastries. To do this, a packet of margarine is cut with a knife with sifted flour until the moment when small lumps are obtained, 170 grams of beer is poured in, the dough is mixed and placed in the refrigerator until cooled. The taste of this dough will look like puff. Its use will be successful in making a cake, known as Napoleon with a custard or cream, as well as envelopes filled with chopped apples with sugar or other fruits.
