We cook tasty fish patties from pink salmon

Pink salmon is a fish from the salmon family. Excellent taste qualities, as well as not too high cost of this fish makes it popular with connoisseurs of seafood dishes.

Now we divide the minced meat into portions, the shape of the cutlets,We pan them in breadcrumbs or flour and send them to a skillet where the vegetable oil has already been warmed up. Fry it from one side to get a crust, then turn it over to the other side, hold on a strong fire for two minutes. After that, we reduce the heat and cook the fish cutlets from pink salmon until cooked under the lid. With this method of preparation, cutlets are produced with a delicious crust, and inside - juicy and soft.

But the recipe for making delicious cutlets, inwhich are not required to add bread. We need about four hundred grams of pink salmon fillets, one or two onions, one hundred grams of frozen butter, as much cheese, seasonings and breadcrumbs.

Grind the fish fillet with a blender ormincer, add the minced onion to the minced meat (you can simply cut it finely or chop it along with the fish in the blender). Salt forcemeat, season and well mix. Cheese grate and add to the fish mass. Now we cut the minced meat into portions, placing inside each cutlet a small slice of frozen butter. And you can cook this dish without crushingfillet in minced meat, but simply chopping it with a knife. Take about five hundred grams of pink salmon fillet and cut it into small pieces. It is more convenient to do this when the fish is still slightly frozen. Finely chop the onion, send it to a bowl to fish. Now beat up two eggs with the addition of a spoonful of mayonnaise and a spoonful of starch (you can take the mango). Mix fish with onion and egg mixture, do not forget to salt and pepper. We put the bowl with the prepared mass in the refrigerator no less than for a couple of hours. It is possible and in the morning to make minced meat, and fry fish patties from pink salmon for dinner. We spread the mass on a frying pan with a spoon, as in the preparation of pancakes, fry from two sides.

And if you stick to a diet and avoid eating fried, then you should cook fish meatballs. The recipe for this dish is simple.

We chop four hundred grams of fish fillet (inblender or in a meat grinder). Finely chop the onion and boil fifty grams of rice. Mix the minced fish with boiled chilled rice, beaten egg and onions. If the mass is too liquid, then add a couple of spoons of flour to it.

We make small balls from the received mass. Cooking fish meatballs are best in a double boiler, they will be ready in forty minutes. But you can put out the meatballs in a saucepan in a small amount of water. Serve this dish with any sauce, and the best side dish will be fresh vegetables or vegetable stew.
