Today we will look at how to learn to danceshuffle. We describe the movements by the example of three basic approaches. It's about a dance style that takes its roots from the Melbourne Shuffle. This club dance appeared in the eighties. It happened at a music festival in Australia, in Melbourne.
First of all, to understand how to learnTo dance a shuffle, you should know that its essence lies in the rapid movement from the heel to the toe. To perform this dance is most convenient for electronic music. The modern shuffle largely came about thanks to the LMFAO clip for the song "Party Rock Anthem". To study this direction, it is necessary to master the movements "running man" and "step". Ligaments between the specified elements are also important.
There is another way how to learn to danceshuffle. We make the transition between "step" and "running man". It is not difficult. In one of the parties we make a "step" movement, in the other - a "running man". We make five steps to the left. We lower the leg for the last time. We turn 90 degrees forward. We use the foot as the leading one for the "running man". We make this movement on the spot. You can also make it in a circle. However, this requires additional skills. Then put both feet on the ground. We lift one of them upwards. We begin to make a "step".
You can use this trick to move likeforward, and backward. Next we proceed to the movement of the "running man". We start it in place or in a circle. Turn left 90 degrees. We begin to move. We move from the left to the right. In doing so, we repeat the elements of the "step" movement. As a result, both legs should be in accordance with the position of the "running man". We lift one of the legs. We use it to move the "step". We are moving in its direction. We alternate movements. Take a few steps. Turning around. We proceed to the "running man". We make this movement twice. We switch to the "step". We repeat it several times. We return to the first movement. One of the elements can be emphasized. We proceed to the "step". We do "running man" several times. We return again to the "steps".
It is not necessary to use two movements equally. In order to raise the dance to a new level, we use rotations for both "step" and "running man".
