The achieved level of development of civilization requiressearch for adequate educational paradigms that can provide not only the transfer of knowledge, but make a person ready for the perception of a dynamically changing world and able to effectively adapt to these changes. Therefore, when generating new ideas in the field of building educational systems, it is important not only to create modern pedagogical technologies, but also to include methods of active social psychological training in their content. Perfection of the learning processes taking place in the conditions of changing social priorities and values requires, in turn, the transition to modern psychological pedagogical bases of education. It is the consideration of socio-psychological tendencies that is increasingly recognized as an objective necessity for achieving qualitative changes in the educational sphere. Actually, pedagogical technologies act in such pedagogical systems as a matrix for constructing an effective educational process.
Methods of active social psychologicallearning by themselves, by their essential nature fundamentally change the training strategy, they allow to form such a graduate, the main characteristics of which will be mobility and competence. With such training organization, for example, in higher education institutions, the emphasis in mastering subjects and educational disciplines is naturally transferred to the motivational needs of the student himself, and the methods considered are an instrument for achieving professional competence. Training in this case allows you to tap into the student's full potential, to mobilize hidden motives and interests.
Application of various innovative methodslearning, in general, it's not a new thing in pedagogy. The study of this psychological and pedagogical phenomenon paid much attention to theoretical specialists. However, as a rule, the issue was considered not as a complex task, but as a separate issue - the pedagogical problem and the psychological problem. The modern approach is to organically "fit" the educational process both pedagogical and psychological aspects of learning.
Modern didactics has a solid arsenaleffective and proven methods, which in their totality constitute didactic systems and psychological bases of training, which are successfully implemented in various fields of educational activity. Typically, when they are classified and identified, the student activity level indicator is used during the learning process. Based on this indicator, the following main classification characteristics are distinguished:
¾ sources of knowledge;
¾ the methods of logic used in teaching;
¾ dominant type of training;
¾ the achieved and predicted level of cognitive motivation;
¾ parameters of the problem of the material being studied;
¾ didactic tasks solved in a specific educational paradigm;
¾ types and methods of teaching.
Despite such an abundance of approaches to constructing a classification model of teaching methods, the methods of active social psychological education in any of them are considered to be the most effective.
Such an assessment of the significance of these methods is based onon the fact that they can be used at virtually any stage of the educational process, be it primary mastering of the initial ideas about the subject, and ending with the control over the formation of professional competence. Since the use of any methods in the educational process can not act as an end in itself, it is possible to recognize the use of active ones as universal in their variability and effectiveness.
