Victoria Volchkova is a well-known Russianfigure skater-loner, multiple prizersha European championships. After completing her sports career, she took up coaching and had already achieved good results.
Volchkova Victoria Evgenievna was born in July 1982 in Leningrad. Before the age of thirteen, the figure skater trained in her native city under the leadership of Galina Kashina.
After moving to Moscow in 1995, her mentor is Viktor Kudryashov, who helped her achieve many titles.
At the age of 15 Victoria Volchkova wonbronze medal of the World Junior Championships. A year later she again becomes the third in this tournament. In addition, in the 1998/99 season, Volchkova became the bronze medalist of the European Championship for the first time, and then repeats this result three times, thus establishing a unique record among single-figure skaters. Under the guidance of Kudryavtsev, the sportswoman also won four medals of the national championship. The Russian took part in the Olympics in Salt Lake City, where she took only the ninth place.
Beginning in July 2002, Victoria Volchkova -figure skater, who made rapid progress, fat to train in the US under the leadership of Oleg Vasilyev. Then there was a serious operation to remove the meniscus and a long recovery. In the end, after a short return to the ice, in 2007 Victoria Volchkova decided to complete her sports career. But she did not intend to go completely out of figure skating. Volchkova started working in the Kudryavtsev group as a coach. I was engaged with such well-known figure skaters as Sergey Dobrin and Arina Martynova.

Among her young wards, there are winners and prizeways of prestigious tournaments in Canada and Finland. The ex-figure skater married in 2010 forknown hockey player Yuri Butsaev, who is in favor of the CSKA Moscow team. Since 2012, Victoria Butsaeva combines coaching with the care of her son.
