Sign "Recommended speed" - good advice to the driver
A traffic sign is a graphic symbol,an image inscribed in a geometric figure. This symbol stands apart from other roadsigns that drivers must follow scrupulously. It is a blue square with a white strip on the edge. On it are written numbers that denote the speed of movement in kilometers per hour. For example, if the sign Recommended speed is 50, then the driver can at this point reduce the speed to such a level. But this speed is not a prerequisite for a participant in the movement.
Decision to reduce the speed to such a mark shouldtake the driver himself, at his discretion. Hence the name: the sign "Recommended speed". Consider when such a sign is placed on the roadway.
