Land categories: what you need to pay attention when buying a land plot

The third category includes industrial and other lands designated for special use. Fourth - the areas to be protected due to their special value. The fifth category of land includes allotments of the so-called forest fund, to the sixth - the water fund. The seventh category includes the agrarian holdings of the reserve that are in municipal or state ownership.

And not all listed categories of landsuitable for the construction of residential buildings or ancillary premises on them. For this type of activity only areas of settlements and agricultural lands are intended.
