The evaluation of land plots is divided into severalspecies (depending on the methods of its implementation and the goal pursued). The first type of assessment is called soil bonitization and it is a component of the state cadastre, the basis for the economic evaluation of land in the future. The data obtained from this assessment are taken into account when determining the suitability of soil for growing crops.
