• pain in muscles of various or unknown origin;
• with pains in the joints, bones, spine;

However, like any medicine, the drug has contraindications, capable of causing great harm to a certain group of people. "Nalgezin", the instruction warns, it is contraindicated:

• people with lesions of the gastrointestinal tract;
• suffering from "aspirin" asthma;
• renal and hepatic insufficiency;
• patients with impaired hematopoiesis;
• pregnant or wishing to become pregnant;
• nursing mothers;
• for polyposis of the nose;
• children under 16 years.

Apparent harmlessness of the drug is deceptive. "Nalgezin", the instruction warns, if improper or excessive use can cause complications:

• hemorrhage, ulcers, or erosion;
• stool, vomiting, nausea;
• dizziness, headache, tinnitus;
• weakness, drowsiness, retardation reaction;
• allergic manifestations: swelling, itching, hives;
• pneumonia, anemia;
• renal or hepatic insufficiency;
• hearing impairment.

Typically, these symptoms occur with an overdose of the drug. However, sometimes even the recommended dose of the drug may cause its intolerance.

Does this mean that you should not use it fortreatment with Nalgezin? The instruction states that with the correct dosage in each particular case the drug does not cause side effects and only benefits. However, the question of its use should be decided only by the doctor.

How is Nalgezin used? The instruction, emphasizing the need to prescribe the drug by a doctor, indicates that the tablets are taken regardless of the meal. Usually the dose should not exceed 1.75 g in several doses. If, for some reason, an increase in dose is required, the drug is prescribed in two forms: tablets and rectal suppositories.
