How it works

The mechanism of action of the drug "Levorin" is quiteis simple. The fact is that its active substance has a specific tropicity to the sterol compounds contained in the fungal cell membranes. Thus, it dramatically increases their permeability and, as a result, causes cell death. The maximum efficacy of this agent is documented in candidiasis caused by Candida albicans. However, with some protozoal infections (leishmaniasis, amebiasis, trichomoniasis), the Levorin drug can also be used.
