- retinal rubeosis;

pronounced epiretinal gliosis.

All manipulations are carried out under the control of the colposcope. The surgeon regulates not only the direction, but also the depth of penetration of the beam into the mucous membrane of the cervix. Laser coagulation is a painful procedure, but it is not accompanied by scar formation or narrowing of the cervical canal. A significant disadvantage of the above treatment is its cost. Therefore, gynecologists most often prescribe laser vapolarization to patients in whom cervical abnormalities are poorly treated medically.
