Increases heart rate by stimulating adrenoreceptors of the heart muscle. Ipratropium, which is part of the drug, blocks m-holinoretseptory, eliminates spasm of the bronchi, reduces the production of bronchial secretions. Since the mechanism of action of the constituent components of berodual is different, the enhancement and vastness of the action of the drug is achieved, its high efficiency for various lung diseases.

Inhalation with berodual cause dilation of the bronchiduring an asthma attack in asthmatic conditions, with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. When carrying out inhalation with berodualom, the improvement of the condition comes almost immediately and lasts for several hours. In obstructive diseases, the combination of berodual + hormonal drug ("Prednisolone", "Dexamethasone"), improve the condition and relieve dyspnea in cases of exacerbation.

When using the drug in solution, the required dose is diluted with physiological solution to a volume of 4 ml and inhaled with a nebulizer. Inhalation is carried out up to four times a day.

When using aerosol with berodual, patientshould slowly and deeply inhale the drug. The cylinder must be turned upside down. After inhaling, hold your breath for a few seconds and then exhale slowly. The drug is contraindicated for allergies to constituent components, in the first half of pregnancy.
