Construction of individual houses in ourthe country is gaining popularity every year. And the most common building material is a tree. The choice of this material is due to its characteristics, which are many. But the main drawback of the tree is that higher demands are placed on wooden structures for fire safety, since this material is easily ignited. And this means that an electrician in a wooden house must meet fire safety requirements.
Stages of electrical work in a wooden house
Any private house or cottage isisolated structure. To an electrician in a wooden house, a brick house or a house made of other material, it is necessary to choose the wiring equipment with characteristics that correspond to the results of calculations. And also - to carry out the installation in a qualitative way. The works on the electrical installation of the house are divided into two stages:
- street;
- In-house.
Street wiring
Any wooden house, whose construction is alreadyfinished, can be connected to the power line. More often they are pillars or supports, on which power cables are tightened. The street stage of wiring involves connecting the house to these lines.
Underground connection is much more expensive andmore labor-intensive than air. With this method of connection from the power line to the house, a trench is dug into the house, into which the cable is laid. For these purposes, an armored cable is used. Despite the cost of installation work and time costs, the underground connection method is more secure, reliable and durable.
In-house wiring
When installing an open wiring, the cables are attached to thewall. For additional cable insulation and aesthetics, they are placed in cable ducts or corrugations. Such electrical wiring is not so difficult to perform by oneself (provided that the safety rules are observed).
