List of ingredients:

  • one onion:
  • a bunch of parsley;
  • a stalk of celery;
  • one medium carrot;
  • 400 g of processed cheese;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • chicken breast;
  • cauliflower forks (medium);
  • salt.

How to prepare cream soup from cauliflower:

1. We start with the processing of vegetables. Carefully wash them with my tap water. We clear carrots, garlic and onions. Now you need to wash the chicken breast, put it in a pot filled with water. We put on the fire.

2. Carrots cut into large pieces, cut the stems of parsley, chop the celery.

3. In a saucepan containing chicken meat, put a whole onion, garlic cloves, parsley and sliced ​​vegetables. We are waiting for the moment when the soup will boil. Gently remove the foam, salt and add 5-6 peas. We reduce the heat and cook the soup for another half an hour. During this time we need to have time to disassemble the cabbage into separate inflorescences.

4. Once the chicken is ready, it must be taken from the pan. Broth is passed through a sieve. This liquid is poured into another saucepan. We take out the carrots from the sieve and put them back in the broth. The rest can be discarded (parsley, onions).

5. It remains to add cauliflower to the broth. We cook 20 minutes, until the inflorescence becomes soft. In the meantime, chop the boiled chicken with chopped pieces, chop the parsley. Remove the pot from the plate, pour the cream soup from the cauliflower into the bowl of the blender and press the "start". The resulting mass is again placed in a pan, set the minimum fire. Add the cream cheese. We mix everything. Bring to a boil. Soup is served to a table with chicken and parsley. We wish you a pleasant appetite!

Now you know how to quickly make soup creamfrom cauliflower. But we offer one more interesting recipe - soup-puree. Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots - these are the main ingredients. You can buy them at any vegetable store. The dish turns out to be delicate and unusually tasty.

Soup-puree broccoli cauliflower

Necessary products (for 6 servings):

  • 0.5 kg of broccoli;
  • two large bulbs;
  • half a kilogram of cauliflower;
  • 1.5 liters of broth (chicken);
  • Cayenne pepper;
  • 200 ml cream (preferably 10% fat content);
  • one potato (large);
  • 100 g of brie cheese;
  • olive oil.

Practical part:

1. In different saucepans we boil broccoli and cauliflower. The broth is poured into the sink.

2. Peel the onions, chop it finely and fry in a pan with olive oil for at least 10 minutes. With a sharp knife, we remove the skin from the potato, crush it and add it to the onion. Stew about 5 minutes. The resulting mass must be divided into exactly two parts. In one we add cauliflower, and in the other we put broccoli. Bring to a boil. Pour cayenne pepper into a saucepan with cabbage, and to the place where soup with broccoli is prepared, it is necessary to add pieces of cheese. The main thing is not to mix up.

3. In the thicket of the blender pour 100 ml of cream, and then soup with broccoli. After a few seconds we will have a mashed potatoes. The same is done with soup made from cauliflower. It remains to prepare plates. Distort soup in them simultaneously from two ladles. It looks very original and appetizing.
