Cannelloni - this is one of the varieties of the famous Italian pasta, outwardly and in content resembles a large stuffed pasta.
The recipe for cannelloni is very simple. We prepare the bechamel sauce. To do this, warm up the pan and spread the oil on it. When the butter melts, add the flour. Stir and fry the mixture for 3-4 minutes. Begin to carefully add milk (small portions of 3-4 tablespoons). Stir each serving carefully, make sure that no lumps are formed. Ready sauce, salt, pepper.
In a beautiful form (which we are going to submit totable) spread one row of cannelloni, pour the sauce bechamel. Spread the second layer of pasta with minced meat, again pour the sauce. Cover the form with foil and put it in the oven. The oven should be already warmed up. Bake at a temperature of 175-180 ° C. We rub the cheese on the grater. We take out the form from the oven. Sprinkle cannelloni with a thick layer of cheese and put it back into the oven for 5-7 minutes (until the cheese melts and browns).
