To prepare this dish, you need to take: 3 young zucchini; 50 g of any hard cheese; cloves of garlic; 2 eggs; 5 tablespoons flour; vegetable oil; salt.

Marrows are washed, grated. The resulting mass must be squeezed to remove excess moisture. Add the eggs, flour, crushed garlic and salt to it. All mix thoroughly. Cheese is rubbed on a melon grater and added to the zucchini mass. Fritters are fried until golden brown in vegetable oil. Served with sour cream.

If parmesan cheese is used during the preparation of the dish, you do not need to pour pancakes, as the cheese is rather salty.
