We all love to eat delicious. However, there is not always enough money to buy expensive products. But the real hostess knows that even from simple ingredients you can create a real masterpiece! A good example is a potato, which, it would seem, is the most common food product. A huge number of recipes are associated with it. One of them is stewed potatoes with mushrooms. Tasty, satisfying and does not require colossal costs. Of course, every self-respecting hostess knows several ways of cooking this dish, but I would like to offer my own version.
Stewed potatoes with mushrooms are prepared very simply! To do this you will need the following ingredients:
To begin with, the potatoes should be cleaned, washedunder running water and cut into slices. Tomatoes are scalded to make it easier to peel and cut into cubes. Next, take the bulb. To your eyes are not watery, it should be thoroughly rinsed under cold water. A similar operation is carried out with the blade of the knife. Cut the onions into cubes, lightly fry and add the tomatoes and mushrooms. My choice fell on mushrooms, but you can also use forest mushrooms: in this case the dish will turn out with a more intense flavor. Fry this mixture until the onion gets a slightly golden hue. Frying pan should be put on medium heat and melt the butter. Then gradually add flour to it. This mixture should be mixed well, so that no lumps are formed. Slowly pour out the milk, add 2 teaspoons of basil, pepper and salt. All the well mixed and brought to a boil. The mixture should thicken.
Sliced potatoes are evenly spread ina small form, oiled. Then from above distribute the fried mushrooms with onions and tomatoes, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. All this is poured into the resulting sauce. The oven should be heated up to 200 degrees, after which you can put our form in it with all the contents. Stewed potatoes with mushrooms will be ready in 30-40 minutes.
A fragrant, tasty stewed potato with mushrooms is ready. The dish is waiting for the feed to the table! By the way, it can be included in the diet of vegetarians.
By the same analogy can be preparedstewed potatoes with lamb. To do this, you need to pre-marinate the meat. The chef at the same time is not necessary, since even a beginner will cope with this recipe if he has a desire.
For marinade use vinegar, sunfloweroil, nutmeg, dried marjoram, black pepper, salt and garlic. We take 300 grams of lamb. That the dish turned out successful, the meat should be from the young lamb, since it has a softer. Rinse the mutton, dry with a napkin and cut into small pieces. Place these pieces in a deep bowl or a small saucepan. In a separate bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil, 3 teaspoons of marjoram, a teaspoon of nutmeg, pepper and salt to taste. In addition, you can add finely chopped garlic cloves. Pour the mixture into a bowl of meat. Thoroughly mix everything with your hands, so that the marinade is evenly distributed. Cover and leave for 3 hours. While the meat is marinated, you can prepare other dishes for the table.
After the meat is marinated, it should befry until golden crust with the addition of onions and tomatoes. Do not forget that tomatoes should be cleaned from the skin. Then we spread the potatoes into a greased with oil, distribute the meat from above, sprinkle all the grated cheese and pour the cooked sauce. Place the form in the oven for 40 - 50 minutes. Dinner is served!
This dish can be served on holidays. By the way, a salad of fresh vegetables or simply a vegetable sliced is a good choice.
