The recipe consists of two stages:
Mine and peel potatoes (one piece of mediumsize), cut it with small thin plates. Eggplant (two medium), too, clean and cut into large. From the sweet pepper (one large), remove the core, cut into large strips. If desired, you can use a little bit of hot pepper.
