how to sort the list alphabetically
In order to solve the problem, as in the "Word"sort alphabetically, select all the lines in the list and open a dialog box that allows you to make text sorting settings. To call it, use the buttons with the letters "A" and "I", as well as the arrow that points down. This feature is placed in the "Paragraph" group on the "Home" tab of the main Word menu. Note that the "First by" field defaults to "paragraphs" - leave it unchanged. As for the neighboring drop-down list - "Type" - it needs to be adjusted only if the lines have dates or numbers. A little to the right there is a pair of fields that specify the direction of sorting - "descending" and "ascending". Choose the right option by clicking on it with the mouse. When a fragment of a document includes the heading itself besides the lines themselves, we put a mark opposite the inscription "with the title line", it is located at the bottom of the settings window. Initially, sorting is done, not taking into account the case of letters. If it is necessary, that in the list first there were lines which begin with capital letters, and then - in line, we open additional settings. To do this, use the "Options" button, which is located in the main settings window.
