Emancipation is a new woman's happiness?

It's not a secret for anyone that every yearthe planet, especially in developed countries, there is an increasing number of representatives of the fair sex who want to be miners and in principle believe that they can do without men. In order to talk about this phenomenon, one should understand, emancipation is what?

First, referring to the dictionaries, we note that inRome, for example, this term denoted the output of the child from the custody of his father. Secondly, in the modern dictionary of foreign words it is pointed out that emancipation is the liberation from any kind of dependence, the balancing of rights.

The Civil Code of the Russian Federation explains one more concept- Emancipation of minors. The bottom line is that a minor at the age of 16 can be recognized as fully capable if he has entered into a labor contract and is working. Also, this procedure is carried out if the citizen is engaged in business with the permission of the parents, adoptive parents or guardians. Among other things, the minors who have married are recognized as emancipated, and when the marriage is dissolved, the full legal capacity does not lose its power.

Now we need to make out another very importantaspect - women's emancipation. This issue is worthy of attention, if only because it is problematic for the 21st century, various studies are devoted to it, which confirm that the emancipation of women leads not only to negative consequences, as it is commonly believed.

Russian scientists, examining the question, from where the legsgrow up, concluded that in the 20th century, as a result of wars and revolutions, men were almost never at home. The children were put on their feet by grandmothers, aunts, mothers who instilled in them certain views on life. Of course, the sons did not have enough father education, many grew up infantile, not ready to take responsibility.

As a result, for several decadesthe system of gender relations between a man and a woman was completely restructured. Keepers of the hearth until recently, in fact, did not stand with a strong gender on an equal footing, were infringed in the rights and in principle did not know that the life of a woman can follow a different path.

It's about Russia, because in the US the processemancipation began much earlier. Now they have almost 70% of women not married, and the proportion of free women in our country is growing rapidly every year. As a consequence - late birth or even refusal to have children, the so-called child-free movement, also come from the West. This is one of the negative consequences, which resulted in women's emancipation.

Another negative phenomenon may be calleda closed circle, a paradox. Men in the majority now do not want to have wives standing at a plate and having no interests, besides an economy. They are interested in successful, educated businesswomen, however, they understand that they will still have to foment a fire.

What is the paradox? Such women have achieved recognition, success, they carry out a huge part of men's duties, and many of them, oddly enough, are charmingly living alone. At least for the time being.

Men in turn, according to research, such hunters need strong, capable in something to surpass them. But such, unfortunately, are not so common. When asked why, the answer is that, in connection with education, a rather large section of the stronger sex still has a vision of the fact that the man in the house is the main one, and the woman, if not the shadow, at least in no way surpassing it individual.

But emancipation is not only negativetrends. To the positive aspects of women's emancipation, one would like to refer to the fact that ladies can freely study on an equal basis with men, have active and passive suffrage and much more.

Thus, we understood that emancipation -this is to grant subjects of this category equal rights with other people. They understood that the Civil Code of the Russian Federation considers the concept of full legal capacity. It was found out that the empowerment of a citizen at the age of 16 years is the emancipation of minors.
