In our modern age, when time flies very quickly, and the days are full of events to the limit, I really want to stop for a minute, remember my childhood and breathe in the familiar aroma of my mother's baking.

In such moments there is a desire to makesomething as unusual and tasty, but that it takes a little time to cook. At this moment, you always remember that a good recipe is one that has been repeatedly tested and requires a minimum of time.

It becomes clear why now are in demandmore recipes with the prefix "fast". That is why today we will learn how to prepare a delicious and, most importantly, a quick pie. This recipe is universal, the pie can be cooked for lunch on a weekday or for a festive table. He always looks great.

Fast pie, which I'll tell you today,it turns out to be high and very airy, but it is prepared without the use of yeast. Our present pie will be with chicken meat. For the filling is suitable homemade, we cooked, chicken minced meat.

This fast pie with chicken is the crown dish of any hostess - both beginner and with experience.

We will need such products for the dough:

  • 250 g of mayonnaise;
  • 250 g of sour cream;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 tsp. soda;
  • 10 tbsp. l. flour.

And for the filling we will need:

  • 500 g of chicken fillet;
  • 3 pieces of onion;
  • pepper black, salt.

Preparation is very fast and simple, because we do not forget that today we are baking a quick pie, but it's very tasty.

Mix the ingredients: sour cream, eggs, mayonnaise, soda, extinguished with vinegar, in the end we add flour by prescription. The dough will be approximately like a pancake.

We take shape. The pie will rise strongly, so we lubricate its bottom and sides with butter. Pour half of the dough onto the bottom of the mold, and then top the toppings. Since the dough is liquid, then chicken minced meat and onions are laid out in the form of a flat meat cake.

Try to put into the stuffing twistedBulgarian pepper (this will be a variant of a summer pie). Do not forget to put in the stuffing spices and a lot of onions, then you will have a juicy and fragrant filling, just lick your fingers. Pour the remaining dough on top and send it to the oven. The oven will be approximately 50-60 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 ° C.

The pie will rise very strongly during baking, but when it is standing in the air, it will settle a little. By the way, it is very tasty and the next day, if it remains, of course.

How good is fast cottage cheese pie for all occasions! And all because he has a secret, which consists in an unusual free-flowing test. However, everything is in order.

We will need products:

  • vanillin;
  • 1.5 cups of sugar;
  • butter - 150 gr;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda;
  • 2 cups of flour.

Room temperature butter is mixed with sugar. Add slaked soda, vanillin and flour, mix everything thoroughly. From these ingredients we will get a loose dough.

Now we prepare the filling: Take the cottage cheese 0,5 kg and rub it with half a glass of sugar, there we send 3 eggs and mix. We take our form, lubricate it with oil and send half of the dough to it. Then the queue of curd filling, and then you need a dough (we'll put it in the top layer).

We send the form to the oven, heated up to 180-190С, and bake until ready. Check with a wooden stick. It turns out real delicious!

And there is another wonderful quick pie with jam. For the filling, jam from apricot, cherry, apples and even blackberries is suitable.

We need:

  • flour - 300 g;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • margarine - 120 g;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • jam - 200 g;
  • salt.

Preparation is easy! Take the flour, add sugar, baking powder and salt to it. But margarine, previously sent to the freezer, just grate the grater and add to the dough, which must be carefully kneaded.

The oven should be heated up to 200C, and the shape,pre-covered with parchment, grease with vegetable oil. Dough lay evenly, do not forget to make the skirts. Let's leave a little test for the laced bands, which will decorate our fast pie with jam. On top of the test, we put the jam, from above we place the stripes of dough in the form of a lattice. Baking takes 40 minutes, after which the dessert can immediately be served on the table.
