Ready salad in a warm form is laid out on the banks and rolled up, after which it is left to cool.

Where to put overripe cucumbers - a question,relevant for many summer residents. There is a home-made lecho recipe, in which they can be added. About 5 kg of cucumbers, 3 kg of tomatoes, 1 kg of Bulgarian pepper, a glass of vinegar, a glass of sugar and one and a half cup of sunflower oil will be needed for this winter billet. Using a meat grinder, chop the peppercorns and tomatoes, mix the mass with the vinegar and butter, add sugar and put on a slow heat for a quarter of an hour. During this time we prepare cucumbers: we clean and cut into semicircular slices. Add them to lecho, at the same stage you can introduce spices and salt. Cook for at least 15 minutes, but not more than half an hour. A few minutes before turning off, add the garlic, crushed with a special press. Heat lecho distribute to the banks and close for the winter.
