The principle of preparation is simple.

You will need two glasses of raw red beans, 3.5 kilograms of sweet pepper, a kilogram of carrots, one kilogram of onions, 200 milliliters of vegetable oil, 3.5 liters of tomato juice (can be replaced by twisted tomatoes), three large spoons of salt and two tablespoons of sugar. We start with cooking beans, since this process takes a very long time. We put a pot of water on the fire and spread the beans into it. Cook until ready, adding a little salt. The remaining vegetables are washed and cleaned. Lecho for the winter with beans does not require a fine cutting of ingredients.
This is another cooking option. Recipe lecho with beans is calculated for approximately 9 cans of 0.7 liters. For cooking, take 3 kilograms of green string beans, 5 kilograms of tomatoes, half a kilogram of sweet pepper and carrots, two large spoons of salt, sugar and vinegar, 2 heads of garlic, 150 grams of vegetable oil and fresh greens (oregano, dill, parsley). We begin with the preparation of the basis. It will consist of tomato. To do this, we sort and rinse the tomatoes. Then we cut them into pieces and pass them through a meat grinder. Merge the tomato into a saucepan and cook for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, you can prepare beans. At the pods cut the tips and cut them into pieces, about 3-4 cm. Garlic is peeled and finely chopped. Also we clean carrots and peppers and cut them with straw. In boiling tomatoes we infuse vegetable oil and table vinegar. Then ripen the salt and sugar. We mix everything well and try it. Depending on the sweetness of tomatoes, the pouring can turn out to be different in taste. If necessary, then add the necessary ingredients. After that, we pour out the prepared vegetables. We cook about 30 minutes, but no more. Then add the cut greens and after 5 minutes we pour into cans. Lecho for the winter with the beans roll and necessarily wrap up, so that all the ingredients warmed up. We put in a cold place and in the winter we eat with pleasure.
